The Chula Vista Art Guild, Inc. is pleased to announce their participation in The Studio Door Regional Invitational, an exhibit of Fine Art at the Studio Door Gallery located at 3750 30th Street, San Diego (North Park). Thirteen of the Guild’s artists will have works on display. The exhibit will run from July 8 to July 31, 2016. The exhibition is free to the public and works are available for sale. An artists’ reception will be held on July 9, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This exhibit is sponsored by the Studio Door Art Gallery and is a celebration of local artists. The exhibit will also feature artwork from the San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild, the San Diego Watercolor Society, Visions Art Gallery, Foothills Art Association, and Clay Artists of San Diego.

The Chula Vista Art Guild Inc. was established in 1945 by Alfred R. Mitchell, one of the great “California Impressionists.” Incorporated in 1965, the guild provides free or low-cost activities, such as monthly art demonstrations, art exhibits and workshops that encourage creativity and innovation, interest in the arts and new opportunities for community artists of all mediums and ages.
